We run a few honest discount programs. Nothing time-pressure or gimmicky.

How to refer: 1. Sign in to your member portal 2. Go to Account Settings → Refer a friend 3. Copy your unique referral link or share via email/social/text 4. They sign up using your link, complete a paid formation 5. Both you and your friend get the credit applied within 7 days of the friend's order

What we DON'T do
No timer-pressure discounts
You won't see "Only 3 hours left to save 50%!" popups on our checkout. Discounts are either always available (e.g., first-time-customer 15-25%) or seasonal (e.g., Black Friday — and even then the discount lasts a full week, not 6 hours).
No "abandoned cart" discount escalation
We won't email you "Wait! Here's an extra 10% off!" if you don't complete checkout. Our prices are our prices. If our pricing isn't right for you, we'd rather earn your business through service quality than guilt-discount you into a purchase you regret.
No mandatory bundles to get the discount
Some competitors offer discounts only if you bundle 5 services together. Our discounts apply à la carte — you can use the 15% first-time discount on Basic OR Premium, not just the higher tier.
No fake "introductory pricing"
Some services offer "$5 first year of Registered Agent, then $250/year!" — that's predatory because most customers forget about the renewal hike. Our RA price is the same first-year and every year after.

We also email existing customers about new promotions through their preferred communication channel. To opt in/out: portal → Account Settings → Communication preferences.
Affiliate program (for content creators)
We have an affiliate program for accountants, bookkeepers, financial influencers, and small-business educators who refer clients to us:
15% commission on the first formation fee from each referred customer
$XX/year recurring for each year the referred customer keeps the Registered Agent service
Co-branded landing pages for high-volume affiliates
Honest reporting — we pay out monthly with full transparency on which referrals converted

We're selective about affiliates — we want people who genuinely use and like the product, not pure-revenue arbitrageurs. About 30% of applications get approved.
Volume pricing (for accounting firms, business coaches)
If you regularly refer clients to a business-formation service, we have volume pricing: - 10-25 LLCs/year: 10% off all formations - 25-100 LLCs/year: 15% off all formations + dedicated account manager - 100+ LLCs/year: custom pricing — email [email protected]
Volume pricing applies even if the LLCs are spread across different clients (so an accounting firm filing for many clients qualifies).
What WE consider "fair" pricing
A discount that's truly a discount: - ✅ It's a real reduction from the regular price (not a fake "WAS $XXX, NOW $XX!" markup) - ✅ The terms are clear up front - ✅ It doesn't expire artificially - ✅ It doesn't create perverse incentives (e.g., requiring an upsell to qualify) - ✅ Existing customers can also access (not just new ones)
A discount that's NOT fair: - ❌ Fake "limited time" with no actual limit - ❌ Discount only on tier X, requiring tier X to qualify even if you don't need its features - ❌ Discount that escalates if you wait longer ("$50 off now! $75 off if you wait an hour!") - ❌ Discount that converts to higher renewal pricing

Common questions
"Do you price-match competitors?"
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Open a chat with the competitor's quote (screenshot is best) and we'll usually match or beat it. We won't price-match competitor's bait-priced "$0" tier with our Premium tier — apples to oranges — but we'll match Premium to Premium.
"If I sign up at the regular price and then a discount is announced a week later, can I get the discount?"
Within 30 days of purchase: yes, we'll credit the difference. Beyond 30 days: no, but we'd love to have you take advantage of it on your next service.
"Can I stack the first-time discount with the multi-LLC bundle discount?"
Yes. First-time 15-25% + multi-LLC 10-15% can stack on the same checkout. Max combined savings: usually capped at 30-35% off.
"Do you have an annual discount or paid-yearly discount on the Registered Agent service?"
The RA service is already an annual subscription (paid once per year). We're considering a 3-year-prepay discount for 2026.
"Is there a discount for non-profits or veterans?"
We offer a 10% discount for veterans (verified via ID.me or DD-214) and 15% off for 501(c)(3) non-profits forming an additional LLC. Email [email protected] with proof for both.
