FormationHub is a US business-services company that helps entrepreneurs form and maintain LLCs and corporations. We handle the paperwork-heavy parts so you can focus on actually running your business.
What we do

We're not a law firm and we don't give legal advice (see Are you a law firm?). We're a business-services company — think of us like TurboTax for business formation, not like a personal attorney.
How we're different
The business-formation space has a few well-known players (you've probably heard of them). We made a different bet on three things:
1. Honest pricing
We show the full cost up front — our service fee + the state's fee, broken out. No "$0 LLC formation" bait pricing where the state fee shows up as a surprise at checkout. No mandatory upsells. No "you must add X to your order" pressure tactics during checkout.
2. Real support
You can talk to a human (chat, email, or phone) M-F 9am-6pm ET. Outside hours we have a self-service knowledge base and you can leave a voicemail with a 1-hour-during-hours callback SLA. Some competitors hide their support behind a $200/year "premium" tier — we don't.
3. Customer portal that actually works
After you sign up, you get a member portal at https://www.formationhub.com/member with: - All your filings, documents, and statuses - Live mail scans (if we're your Registered Agent) - A compliance calendar with reminders - Direct chat to support
We invest more in the post-purchase experience than in marketing flash, because most customers stay with us 3+ years for ongoing compliance and our economics depend on that.

FormationHub is operated by BLINKPAY LLC, a US business registered in Wyoming.
Who's behind it
FormationHub is run by a small, independent team focused on filings ops, customer support, and engineering. We're independently funded — no VC, no aggressive growth-at-all-costs targets pushing us to nickel-and-dime customers.
Are you legit?
Fair question — the business-formation space attracts some sketchy operators.
We're operated by BLINKPAY LLC, a US-registered LLC in Wyoming (we eat our own dog food).
We're an authorized Registered Agent in every state where we offer that service.
We process payments through a PCI-compliant payment provider.
We have SSL on every page and encrypt all customer data at rest.
We've never had a data breach.
You can verify FormationHub is the Registered Agent of record for your business by searching your state's Secretary of State website after we file.
How we make money
Up front: service fees on filings ($XX per LLC formation, $79 per EIN, $99 per BOI, etc.) + the annual Registered Agent subscription ($199/year).
We don't sell your data. We don't have hidden fees that activate after 90 days. We don't auto-enroll you in services you didn't ask for. Our revenue comes from charging fair prices for services you explicitly request, plus the recurring RA subscription which is the same renewal price as your first year (no "introductory pricing" trap).
What we don't do
Legal advice. We can't help you decide whether to sue someone, draft contracts, or interpret state law for your specific situation. We hand off to qualified attorneys for that.
Tax advice. We don't file your income tax returns or tell you whether to elect S-Corp treatment. Get a CPA.
Bookkeeping or accounting. We refer to QuickBooks / Wave / FreshBooks.
Trademark or copyright registration. We refer to USPTO and trademark attorneys.
If you ask us a legal or tax question, we'll point you in the right direction but won't pretend to be experts in fields we're not licensed in.
